You are welcome to pursue individual bookings outside the conference block, or look to our alternative lodging options, below.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are interested in bookending your trip with an additional night\u2019s stay, you can receive the conference rate by contacting Riverhouse lodging services at 458-281-0306. Pre- and post- conference evenings are not included in the standard reservation block so you must contact the Riverhouse directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Riverhouse hotel has seven ADA rooms. Four are located in the Sagebrush\/Three Sisters building, and three are in the Steelhead building. Guests must call 1-866-453-4480<\/strong> to make a reservation for an ADA room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n OLA has a conference block with the Waypoint Hotel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Other hotels nearby include the Sugarloaf Mountain Motel<\/a> and Red Lion Inn and Suites<\/a>. There are no formal conference blocks at these two properties so you will make your own reservations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bend is an approximately 3-4 hour drive south of Portland or east of Eugene. In late April and early May, the highways through the Cascade mountains might be slick with snow or rain. Consult the ODOT Trip Check<\/a> for current weather and traffic conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Redmond Municipal Airport<\/a> is a half-hour drive north of the conference location. The airport\u2019s Ground Transportation page lists shuttle and car rental companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cascades East Transit provides public transportation within the city of Bend, with limited routes to and from other Central Oregon cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shuttle Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Sunriver Towncars will provide shuttle service from the Riverhouse hotel to three main areas for dining, shopping, and other attractions: Downtown Bend,<\/a> The Old Mill,<\/a> and The Box Factory<\/a>.
