Can I see them without logging in?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fae38153dc9d2e24af9ab84d85575803\">Yes! Here\u2019s the <a href=\"https:\/\/ola.memberclicks.net\/assets\/Conference\/2024_OLA_Conference\/OLA-Conf-2024-Registration-Costs-Final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2024 Conference Cost Sheet<\/a> including member and non-member pricing for all events and sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6f64b9cd8c07b95091017e64fa1fa5b5\"><strong>Which registration option is right for me?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ab263c2a7d4d2fcf80e71511d1e6ef03\">NEW THIS YEAR! We are offering an \u201ca la carte\u201d option for registration that is labeled \u201cwithout meals\u201d for the full conference and\/or individual days on the registration form. This option allows you the flexibility to seek out meals on your own in lieu of the OLA Business Meeting and Luncheon on Thursday, the Awards Luncheon on Friday, or the Author Presentation and Breakfast on Saturday. You can also use the<a href=\"https:\/\/ola.memberclicks.net\/ola-conf-meals-special-events-only-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Meals &amp; Special Events Only Registration Form<\/a> now or later to opt in for one, two, or even all three of those meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b9f97c101caad68c3eaf2eedd95e0759\"><strong>Is there an option to attend the conference virtually as in years past?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ba805f679be2ad0f19893534d41f225e\">The 2024 conference is primarily onsite but there will be a selection of pre-recorded sessions available to view via the Virtual Conference, available for $50. In addition, the keynote address on Thursday, the Award Luncheon on Friday, and the Saturday morning speaker will be streamed live for those attending via the virtual conference. Virtual attendees are also invited to join our Thursday evening Game Night, playing a selection of Jackbox games via Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c2527d286a2445dd4e4c88ebbe57b758\">As the list of virtual sessions is confirmed, they will be labeled \u201cVirtual-Recorded\u201d and \u201cVirtual-Live\u201d so you can find them easily on the<a href=\"https:\/\/oregonlibconference.org\/2024\/home\/programs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Programs<\/a> page.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e444b88908545dae1503df9048eff8c7\"><strong>I heard there are various registration forms. Which one should I use?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5c9e61e728787103f347e0c0ba75c452\">Yes! There are 3 conference related forms. See below to learn about the purpose of each form.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ola.memberclicks.net\/ola-conf-registration-2024-2#!\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OLA Conference 2024 Registration Form<\/a>\u2013the main form should be used by prospective in-person and virtual attendees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ola.memberclicks.net\/ola-conf-meals-special-events-only-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Meals &amp; Special Events Only Registration Form<\/a>\u2013to purchase meals and special event tickets on a separate credit card or for a person not attending the conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ola.memberclicks.net\/ola-conf-name-badge-only-2024#!\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Name Badge Only Registration Form<\/a>\u2013for speaker badges, presenter badges, and extra name badges for exhibitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I\u2019m interested in knowing more about the meal choices. Are there options for gluten-free, vegan, etc.?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/ola.memberclicks.net\/assets\/Conference\/2024_OLA_Conference\/OLA%20Conf%202024%20Meal%20Details%20%282%29.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Meal Menu page<\/a> for full descriptions of the meals offered at the conference as provided by Salem Convention Center catering department. OLA has been assured the ability to meet dietary restricted diets by the catering department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I need to pay by invoice. How do I do that?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Register using the online form as usual, and when you get to the payment section, select \u201cPay Later\u201d as your payment option. An email will be sent to you with a link to the invoice document which can be printed for mailing, or forwarded to your accounts payable department for processing. Invoices may be paid by check or credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I need to register someone else \u2013 what do I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is recommended that individual staff register themselves, making meal selections, session selections, etc. If the institution does not want their staff to register themselves, then the registrant will have to provide their OLA member website username and password that allows the admin into their account for registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For larger libraries that want to pay by credit card for the group registration, contact the OLA Association Manager at ola@olaweb.org to arrange details. Registrations will need to be submitted online before a group payment may be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is this \u201cdiscount code\u201d field?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please, ignore the Discount Code box, which is for conference planning purposes only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I have to cancel my registration. How do I do that?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A $20.00 service charge will be applied to all cancellations. Written cancellations must be received by the committee by April 10, 2024 to qualify for refunds. Submit your request to Shirley Roberts, OLA Association Manager, at ola@olaweb.org.
