OLA Tours will start in the main lobby on the ground floor promptly at 2:30pm and 3:45pm.
To get to the lobby, use either the main entrance on the east side of the building off the Capitol Mall Park, or the secondary entrance on the south-west corner of the building off of Winter St.
It is important to be on time because once each tour group leaves the main lobby, the route will be entirely in areas of the building inaccessible to the public, so there will be no way for people to “catch-up” with the group.

OLA Tour Groups meet at 1:30pm and 3:45pm at the Oregon Supreme Court building in the hallway of the ground floor. *Each individual will need to sign in and be screened by a state trooper.

Can’t make a tour? Folks are welcome to visit the State of Oregon Law Library during operating hours, Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:45pm (closed noon-1pm for lunch).

Renovation of the Main Library was completed in October 2021 – check it out! Can’t make a tour? All are welcome to visit the Salem Public Library during open hours, Tues-Thurs 10am-6pm, Fri and Sat 10am-5pm.
