The conference theme is Oregon Libraries United – Navigating Change. We are looking to share all the ways that libraries navigate through partnerships, provide resource and information sharing, create welcoming spaces, and more!

Join five local organizations from Lane County for a conversation and Q&A exploring the overlap between local services and libraries. We’ll discuss both what we can learn from their expertise and strategies for cultivating organizational partnerships. This discussion is facilitated by our Conference Chair, Taylor Worley, and kicks off three days of fantastic programming. Welcome to the 2025 OLA Conference!

Donna Barba Higuera is the New York Times best selling author of  Middle Grade and picture books that reinvent history, folklore, and or her own life experience into compelling storylines. She lives in Washington State with her family, two dogs, two guppies and a frog.
