Local Information
The 2025 OLA Conference will take place at the Lane Events Center in Eugene. See the location in Google Maps and view additional maps and directions from the convention center.
Lodging
The conference hotel is the Graduate by Hilton in Eugene, OR, and reservations for the conference dates can be made by phone or online. The nightly rate for conference dates is $169 plus applicable fees and taxes.
By phone:
- Call the front desk (541-342-2000), mention the conference dates and name, or ask to speak with, Josh Mabry, Group Rooms Coordinator, directly.
Book online:
- Enter the group code “OLA” (without the quotes) in the group code section

Note: this form is set to book three nights (Tuesday, April 22, through Thursday, April 24). If you are staying fewer nights, click on the “Edit Stay” link near the top on the right hand side of the form.
Parking at the Graduate by Hilton
The Graduate Hotel charges for parking. The fee noted on the confirmation email is higher than what will be charged to OLA members. It is confirmed that the parking rate for OLA guests is $18 per night, self-park.
While the parking at the Lane Events Center is free, the Graduate hotel is two miles from the Lane Events Center. Arrangements have been made with a local transportation company to provide busing to and from the hotel to the events center in the morning and later in the afternoon/early evening. More information, including the schedule, will be posted soon.
