Registration for the 2025 Oregon Library Conference opens on Monday, February 3, 2025.

Volunteering at the conference:

Looking to give back or participate in a new way? Want to get to know other Oregon library staff and see a bit behind the scenes? Then be a conference volunteer!

We’re looking help with:
Registration Desk:
Work with our Onsite Registration Team to check in conference attendees, troubleshoot badge and meal ticket issues, answer questions, and generally help people get settled into conference mode. See this document for shifts to be filled.
Lightning Talks: Help facilitate the flow of speakers during the back-to-back short sessions in the Exhibit Hall (Wed. afternoon, Thurs. morning, and Thurs. afternoon).
Meals: At the start of lunches on Thursday and Friday, check badges as people enter the buffet line.
Clean Up: Help pack everything up on Friday afternoon.

PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers must be registered to attend the conference. We cannot, unfortunately, exchange volunteer work for free registration.
