Sponsors and Advertisers: Register here to sponsor the OLA 2020 conference or purchase ad space in the program.

Exhibits

All breaks, poster sessions, and the All-Conference Reception will take place in the Exhibit Hall Thursday, April 30 through Saturday, May 2.

Booths include an 8’ x 10’ table with power drop, pipe and drape, 2 chairs, table linen, wireless Internet, and ID sign.

The Exhibit Hall will be secured after all OLA events.

Sponsorship

All Sponsors Receive:

  • Logo on sponsorship page of conference program.
  • Logo plus link on conference website.
  • Sponsors that also choose to have an exhibit booth will receive a unique sponsorship symbol.

Premier Partner | $1,000

  • Recognition as a major sponsor at the Keynote Address, All-Conference Reception, or President’s Banquet.
  • Sponsor promotions sent out via social media, before and after the event. (#ORLIB20)
  • Pronounced logo placement throughout the conference.
  • Company literature and/or promotional items provided for distribution at the registration area.

Sustaining Sponsor | $500

  • Recognition as a major sponsor of meals during meal times from an attentive audience.
  • Pronounced logo placement through the banquet area.
  • Sponsor promotions sent out via social media, before and after the event.

Advocate | $250

  • Recognition as a major sponsor of breaks during conference between educational sessions.
  • Pronounced logo placement in break areas.

Advertising

  • $500 | Full page ad (submitted by sponsor) in the conference program.
  • $250 | 1/2 page ad (submitted by sponsor) in the conference program.
  • $150 | 1/4 page ad (submitted by sponsor) in the conference program.
